- Monitor quality indicators and incident reports
- Run internal audits and accreditation preparation
- Train staff on quality and safety procedures
- Prepare quality reports for management
- Investigate incidents and complaints

Qualifications
Bachelor's in a health-related field, 3+ years in healthcare quality, CPHQ a plus.
