Job Summary
Manages the financial and contractual side of the project.
Key Tasks
- Quantity take-off, BOQ preparation and pricing
- Prepare monthly client invoices and subcontractor payment certificates
- Evaluate change orders and claims
- Prepare cost reports and cash-flow forecasts
- Measure completed works on site
Responsibilities
- Control project costs and protect the profit margin
- Ensure accurate and fair valuations
- Protect the company's contractual position
- Maintain complete cost records
Qualifications
Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, 3+ years, knowledge of FIDIC contracts.
