Job Summary
Finds the best candidates in the shortest time and at the lowest cost.
Key Tasks
- Write job ads and post them on LinkedIn and local platforms
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate with department managers and prepare job offers
- Source candidates through networks, referrals and job fairs
- Maintain candidate records in the recruitment system
Responsibilities
- Meet time-to-hire and quality-of-hire targets
- Build a candidate pool for recurring roles
- Provide a professional experience to every candidate
- Keep hiring managers updated on progress
- Ensure fair and unbiased selection
Qualifications
Bachelor's, 2+ years, communication skills, Arabic/Kurdish/English.
