Job Summary
Leads the company's finance function and financial strategy, reporting directly to the CEO and board.
Key Tasks
- Set financial strategy, annual budgets and long-term plans
- Oversee accounting, treasury, tax and audit functions
- Manage banking relationships, financing and cash planning in IQD and USD
- Lead investment, financing and capital decisions
- Present financial results to the board and shareholders
Responsibilities
- Accuracy and integrity of all financial statements
- Protect profitability and manage financial risk
- Build and lead a strong finance team
- Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
- Drive cost efficiency across the company
Qualifications
Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 12+ years including 5 in a senior finance role, CPA/ACCA/CFA preferred, fluent English.
