Job Summary
Plans and coordinates deliveries from warehouses to customers.
Key Tasks
- Schedule daily deliveries and routes
- Coordinate with drivers, warehouse and sales
- Track deliveries and resolve delivery issues
- Prepare delivery documents and proof of delivery
- Monitor vehicle loading
Responsibilities
- On-time, accurate deliveries
- Optimize delivery costs
- Communicate delivery status to customers
- Keep delivery records accurate
- Follow safety and loading rules
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's, 2+ years in distribution or logistics.
