Job Summary
Designs and delivers training programs that build employee skills and performance.
Key Tasks
- Identify training needs with department managers
- Plan, organize and run internal and external courses
- Measure training effectiveness and keep training records
- Coordinate with external training providers
- Develop onboarding programs for new employees
Responsibilities
- Annual training plan delivered on time and within budget
- Measurable skills improvement across teams
- Manage the training budget efficiently
- Align training with company goals
- Keep training records and certificates updated
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in training or L&D, strong presentation skills, English.
