Job Summary
Designs buildings and spaces that meet client needs, codes and budgets.
Key Tasks
- Develop concept and detailed architectural designs
- Prepare drawings, 3D models and specifications
- Coordinate with structural and MEP engineers
- Prepare presentations and design reports
- Visit sites to check design implementation
Responsibilities
- Functional, compliant and buildable designs
- Design delivered on schedule
- Follow building codes and regulations
- Coordinate design changes with the client
- Maintain design documentation
Qualifications
Bachelor's in Architecture, 3+ years, AutoCAD, Revit, Engineers Syndicate membership.
