Responsibilities

  • Perform daily tasks efficiently and ensure work objectives are met
  • Contribute to improving and developing department operations

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Passion for learning and continuous professional development

Nice to have

  • Experience in writing content or preparing reports. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Title:
HR & Recruitment Officer
Location: Erbil
Job Description: Greyline Company is looking for an experienced HR & Recruitment Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities:
•⁠  ⁠Manage recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
•⁠  ⁠Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
•⁠  ⁠Prepare employment contracts and HR documents.
•⁠  ⁠Follow up on employee records and personnel files.
•⁠  ⁠Support payroll, social security, and HR administration activities.
•⁠  ⁠Communicate with clients regarding staffing requirements.
•⁠  ⁠Maintain recruitment databases and reports.

Requirements:
•⁠  ⁠Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
•⁠  ⁠Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or Recruitment.
•⁠  ⁠Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
•⁠  ⁠Strong communication and organizational skills.
•⁠  ⁠Fluency in English and Arabic (Kurdish is a plus).
