Responsibilities

  • Perform daily tasks efficiently and ensure work objectives are met

Must Have

  • Experience in writing content or preparing reports.

A leading real estate development and investment company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join its team. The role focuses on expanding the network of investors and clients while promoting the company’s unique investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients and investors within Iraq and across the Middle East.

  • Present and explain the company’s diverse investment opportunities.

  • Follow up with potential clients and convert them into active partners and investors in the company’s projects.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with investors and prospective clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, and client/investor relations.

  • Excellent command of Arabic and English; Kurdish proficiency is a plus.
