Job Summary
Handles customer payments accurately and provides friendly service at the point of sale.
Key Tasks
- Process cash, card and digital payments
- Issue receipts and handle refunds
- Balance the cash drawer at shift end
- Answer customer questions about prices and offers
- Keep the checkout area clean and organized
