Job Summary
Directs construction operations across one or more sites from mobilization to handover.
Key Tasks
- Plan site resources, manpower and equipment
- Coordinate contractors, engineers and suppliers
- Monitor progress, quality and safety on site
- Review method statements and work plans
- Lead site coordination meetings
Responsibilities
- Deliver construction on time, on budget and to specification
- Safe working environment on all sites
- Manage subcontractor performance
- Control construction costs
- Report progress to project management
Qualifications
Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, 10+ years in construction, PMP a plus.
