Job Summary
Ensures physical stock matches the system and links warehouses to accounts.
Key Tasks
- Monitor reorder points and slow-moving stock
- Inventory aging and expiry reports
- Take part in the annual stock count
- Investigate stock discrepancies
- Reconcile inventory with accounting records
Responsibilities
- Accuracy of the inventory data the financial statements rely on
- Maintain accurate stock levels
- Report inventory risks to management
- Follow inventory control procedures
Qualifications
Bachelor's in Accounting/Management, Excel, 1–3 years.
