Job Summary
Manages branch performance, from sales and staff to inventory.
Key Tasks
- Schedule shifts and train the team
- Monitor daily sales, promotions and visual merchandising
- Supervise cash handling and stock counts
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports
- Manage customer complaints in the branch
Responsibilities
- Branch profitability and shrinkage reduction
- Lead and motivate the branch team
- Maintain store standards and presentation
- Protect company assets
Qualifications
Bachelor's, 4+ years in retail.
